& Cheerleading website. Our program is designed to
help your children to understand the game of football &
cheerleading, interact with other children, promote scholastics, create
friendships, learn discipline and most of all, have fun!!
2008 Registrations
05.12.2008Seymour Pop Warner is holding registrations for football, cheer & flag participants at Seymour High School in the Pop Warner Field House.
Friday June 6, 2008 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday June 7, 2008 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
2008 Registrations will be held for the following Divisions:
Flag Football ( 5 & 6 year old only)
Mitey-Mites
Jr. Pee Wee
Pee Wee
Jr. Midget
Midget
The cost for tackle football and cheerleading is $100.00 for Seymour residents and $110.00 for out of town residents. Flag football cost is $60.00 for Seymour residents and $70.00 for out of town residents.
Anyone from Seymour, Oxford or towns who do not have an existing Pop Warner Program are eligible to participate.
You will need a parent present to register along with the following documentation:
- Birth Certificate (with raised seal)
- Insurance Information
- Report Card (needed at completion of the 2008 school year)
- Medical Release Form - Needs to be signed by Dr. and turned in by July 29th in order to participate. NO Exceptions!!
